Leah Braden
DPT, CSCS
Leah (Sharp) Braden, an Oak Ridge native is bringing her passion for health and fitness back to her hometown. She helped her ’97 lady wildcat team win the State Championship before going on to the University of North Carolina. A 2-year starter and captain for the Lady Tarheels, she was named Academic All-ACC and still holds two UNC shooting records.
After graduating, she went on to get a Master’s degree from Belmont University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
She has a love of fitness and passion for helping people move well and encouraging them to move often. She is excited to bring a highly qualified team to Oak Ridge to spread love for wellness.
